On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the founding of the General Union of Algerian Traders and Craftsmen (UGCAA), the President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Professor Mohamed BOUKHARI, participated on 17 September 2025 in the celebrations marking this important national event, held under the theme: “Sixty nine years of struggle… With the glory of yesterday, we build the economy of tomorrow.”

His participation reflects the NESEC’s commitment to supporting the Union’s path and to working alongside it in its sustained efforts to promote commercial and artisanal activity, while strengthening its role as a strategic partner in achieving sustainable and inclusive economic development in the service of the nation.
