Professor Mohamed Boukhari, President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (NESEC), attended the parliamentary day organized by the Council of the Nation at its headquarters on Tuesday, 23 December 2025. The event was held under the theme: “Digital transition in Algeria: a strategic choice and an embodiment of the President of the Republic’s vision.”

The opening session was attended by the President of the People’s National Assembly, the President of the Constitutional Court, the Minister-Wali (Governor) of Algiers, the Counselor to the President of the Republic responsible for political affairs and for relations with youth, civil society and political parties, as well as senior officials and representatives from ministerial departments and other official institutions.
