Professor Mohamed BOUKHARI, President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (NESEC) and President of the Union of Arab Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions, participated in the Arab symposium titled “Artificial Intelligence Technologies and the Future of Skills.”

The symposium was convened at the initiative of the Arab Labour Organization, in partnership with the Union of Arab Economic and Social Councils and Similar Institutions and was held under the high patronage of the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security.

The two-day proceedings, attended by a selected group of Arab experts, include substantive discussion sessions designed to deepen understanding of the role of artificial intelligence in reshaping Arab labour markets, to anticipate the skills required in the future and to support development strategies and the empowerment of human resources in line with the demands of digital economy and technological transformation.
