On the occasion of the seventy-first anniversary of the outbreak of the Glorious Revolution of Liberation on 1 November 1954, and at the gracious invitation of Mr. Abdelaziz MEDJAHED, Director General of the National Institute for Global Strategic Studies, Professor Mohamed BOUKHARI, President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council, participated on 6 November 2025 in scholarly seminar entitled “Loyalty and Sacrifice in the Doctrine of the Glorious Revolution of Liberation,” held under the slogan “From the Hour of Elites to the Hour of Citizenship.”

The event, attended by a number of senior officials and national figures, formed part of the commemorative programme for the Great Revolution of Liberation, paying tribute to the Moudjahidine and the Chouhada (martyrs) who sacrificed their lives so that Algeria might enjoy freedom and independence. It also served as a reminder of the continued commitment to nation-building and to advancing national development.
