President of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (NESEC), Professor Mohamed BOUKHARI, participated in a study day organized under the theme “Legislative Achievements for Development Perspectives”, at the invitation of Mrs. Kaouther KRIKOU, Minister of Relations with Parliament.

This meeting forms part of the national reflection on the evolution of the Algeria’s legislative framework and its role in supporting the country’s economic, social and institutional dynamics. It brought together representatives of public authorities, consultative institutions, Parliament, as well as academics and experts in law and development.

Through his participation, Professor BOUKHARI reaffirmed the NESEC's commitment to consolidating the rule of law, modernizing public policy and promoting legislation that serves sustainable development, social justice and national cohesion.

This study day provided a fruitful forum for exchanging ideas on the legislative advances made and the avenues to be explored to enhance the impact of law on national development.
